NL: Elk jaar organiseert de Lions club International hun peace poster contest. The Lions club Alfaz del pi neemt hier ook elk jaar deel aan in samenwerking met de Elian's british school van La Nucia.

Auction Terms and conditions

By placing a bid on an item, each bidder agrees to these auction rules.

1. The auction will run from 12.00 midday on 1th of March 2022 to 12.00 midday on 30th of March 2022. Winners will be notified after this time.

2. The decision of the winners is that of Lions Club Alfaz del Pi - Marina Baixa and will be final.

3. By placing a bid you are entering into an agreement to purchase the item at the offered price.

4. The highest bid will be deemed to be the winner. In the extreme case of where an entry error has occurred, please contact us for the retraction of your bid. If this occurs, we reserve the right to offer the item to the second highest bidder.

5. All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds. All items are "as is." Lions Club Alfaz del Pi - Marina Baixa has attempted to describe the items correctly, but neither warrants nor represents and in no event shall be responsible for the correctness of descriptions, genuineness, or condition of the items.

6. All items have been donated kindly by the respective parties and as such any respective terms and conditions are applicable.

7. Payment for items purchased must be made in full to Lions Club Alfaz del Pi - Marina Baixa by 20th February 2022. Payment can be made by cash or by bank transfer. Sabadell bank details are:

8. Following receipt of payments, winners are to telephone our Vice President Alain Van de Merlen on 655 91 89 86 to arrange collection. Please contact via email prior to bidding to confirm if it is possible for Lions Club Alfaz del Pi - Marina Baixa to send via post. All postage costs to be incurred by the bidder. 9. All items will be sold only above the minimum asking bid of €20 per poster and proceeds will go to Lions Club Alfaz del Pi - Marina Baixa.

10. Lions Club Alfaz del Pi - Marina Baixa reserves the right to add or withdraw items, without notice, to or from the auction.

11. Lions Club Alfaz del Pi - Marina Baixa, their elected and appointed officials, members, sponsors, and/or volunteers connected with the auction do not hold any responsibility or liability from any risks or hazards related to the items won at the auction.

12. Only bids received by email via lionsclubalfasdelpi@gmail.com in increments of €5 will be deemed to be valid. Updates and results on bidding will be posted on Lions Club Alfaz del Pi - Marina Baixa Facebook page, search 'Lions Club Alfaz Del Pi'.

13. In order to bid in the auction, bidder must be aged 18 or over.

14. Lions Club Alfaz del Pi - Marina Baixa may undertake publicity activities relating to Auction winners. The winner therefore agrees to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of town and winning item details in any post-Auction-winning publicity. All other personal details collected as part of the Auction will be used in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, which is available on request by emailing lionsclubalfasdelpi@gmail.com

Door op een item te bieden, gaat elke bieder akkoord met deze veilingregels.

1. De veiling loopt van 1 Maart 2022 om 12.00 uur tot 30 Maart 2022, 12.00 uur. De winnaars worden daarna op de hoogte gebracht.

2. De beslissing van de winnaars is die van Lions Club Alfaz del Pi - Marina Baixa en is definitief.

3. Door het plaatsen van een bod gaat u een overeenkomst aan om het artikel tegen de aangeboden prijs te kopen.

4. Het hoogste bod wordt als winnaar beschouwd. In het extreme geval dat er een invoerfout is opgetreden, neem dan contact met ons op voor het intrekken van uw bod. Als dit gebeurt, behouden we ons het recht voor om het artikel aan de op een na hoogste bieder aan te bieden.

5. Alle verkopen zijn definitief. Er vindt geen omruiling of restitutie plaats. Alle items zijn "zoals ze zijn." Lions Club Alfaz del Pi - Marina Baixa heeft geprobeerd de artikelen correct te beschrijven, maar garandeert noch vertegenwoordigt en is in geen geval verantwoordelijk voor de juistheid van de beschrijvingen, echtheid of staat van de artikelen.
